Software License Agreement — BASE-99 CORE

Effective Date: February 01, 2026

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the BASE-99 Core platform in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer the software or platform systems
Copy, reproduce, or resell the system or services
Exploit AI systems or circumvent security measures
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform infrastructure

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including software, designs, algorithms, and proprietary systems, belong exclusively to TTucker Industries LLC. No license is granted to this intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.

4. Updates

We may modify, update, or discontinue any features, functionality, or the software itself at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

5. Termination

Violation of these terms, unauthorized use, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform will result in immediate termination of your access and license. TTucker Industries LLC reserves the right to terminate access without notice.

6. Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TTucker Industries LLC disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TTucker Industries LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and shall be interpreted without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
