1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using The Writers Block Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us of unauthorized uses of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content for providing our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Harass or cause harm to other users
Upload illegal or harmful content
Violate any laws or regulations
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Limitation of Liability

The materials on The Writers Block Studio are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services without notice if we believe you have violated these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
